Been here for almost 1yr and I love how quiet the neighborhood is the maintenance team is awesome as well.
I lived in these apartments for 2 years. From 2022-2024. The apartments themselves are not bad, nice closets, enough room and set up well. The downside is hardly anything got fixed in my apartment. I asked for my dishwasher to be fixed for a a little over a year. They could not keep a maintenance guy. To my knowledge they have one presently, so that is good. I’ve been on the waitlist for a while now but they keep taking me off without notice. When I call no one answers the phone the only way I got to speak to someone was when I went to the office.
Maria has made many positive changes. From day 1 she seemed to dig into the changes she felt were necessary & has continued to implement any & all processes to meet the needs of her residents {to this day}.
Maria the Property Manager is amazing. She is very helpful and keeps the property clean.
