Wish I could give zero stars. Reviewed a year ago and nothing has changed. Went in at 5:15pm tonight (2/5) to be seen after leaving work early in Cincinnati and was told they were not accepting any more patients. I asked and confirmed that you need to be there by 5:30pm to get seen. Can’t get a primary doctor there and directed to use immediate care BUT you can’t get in. Great service too the community. Have left a message with their complaint department - still no response to me as of 2/8/18.
