I made an appointment for just a wash and style. I got a call the day before my appointment to confirm, at that moment I stated that I currently had hair extensions. My appointment was confirmed. The day of my appointment I get a call 3hrs before my appointment telling me the stylist did not want to take my appointment because I had extensions. They did offer to book me with a different stylist at a later time but that did not work for my schedule.

Izzie has been cutting & dying my hair for almost 3 years now and is the only stylist I trust with my hair. She actively listens to me (and my anxiety’s about haircuts) and fosters a welcoming environment in her chair. She got my box dyed black hair to a beautiful red color and maintained it as red for the last three years. Along with this, my hair has never been healthier! She is an amazing hair stylist and I cannot recommend her enough for cutting & dye.

I didn't step inside but my son had his hair done there. He had a cut and he also dyed it. And from what it sounds like he had positive experience there. He absolutely loves his hair. I've been cutting his hair since his first haircut. I just couldn't do the dye.
