I would not recommend Dr. Frey if the patient has any need for appointments that actually occur when scheduled. Dr. Frey is axiomatically 30 to 45 minutes late; even on the first appointment of the day. If a patient can deal with Dr. Frey's time dysfunction, she is a competent psychiatrist. She helped me a great deal when I began seeing her for clinical depression.
