My fiance and I recently bought a home from sellers who used Jason Farris as their listing agent. This was an enormous mistake. The house is nice and meets all our non-negotiables and many of our wants, but Farris along with the escrow companies he works with fumbled every part of the transaction. Unfortunately I was taken advantage of by a fresyes agent. After working together for 6 months Amanda drexler of fresyes asked to use $1500 of my funds to carry her over financially until her other property closed,2-3 weeks. This was in jan 2019. It is now June. She has completely disappeared and does not answer any phone calls. All deals that were being worked on were let go and i am now out $1500. Jason and Corrie are a great team. They are very active in the community as well as in realty. They sold our home in Old Fig and had a great understanding of the special character of this neighborhood. Although it took a few buyers to get the deal closed, we sold our house for full asking and with their hard work, the home never remained on the listing for more than a few days. I highly recommend them!
