Doug and Mario have been taking care of our tires and cars before we moved to YLP in 2012. We still continue to drive to Fresno for the customer service and hospitality provided by Doug and Mario. Their prices are very competitive and the service is excellent. Even when busy they take time to make you feel you are their only concern! Great business.
Doug and Mario are first class! We were visiting family near Yosemite and had an urgent issue, needing a new wheel in order to drive home to LA on short notice. Mario ordered the wheel in and Doug and his technicians took care of the service in less than an hour, ensuring our vehicle was in great working condition to make it home safely. Two thumbs up for Tire Pros.
Doug and Mario always take good care of me for tires and mechanical work. If a job will last several hours, they'll take me home and pick me up when the work's completed. They give me reliable repairs and great Customer Service every time my 17-year-old car needs attention. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.
Amazing Customer service, great Tires
Outstanding service. Good pricing on everything. Plus you get a sincere handshake when you're done. As a business consultant, I have seen it all and most of it not good. It was great to watch as everyone pitches in to get your car done, including sales staff and Doug (the owner). Everyone is well trained and is happy to answer questions. I've given them 5 stars, but it should be more like twenty. They are just really good.
