I want to tell everyone this is the best hospital I have ever in admitted into my whole life. The staff members are so loving, and compassionate. I actually felt like a human being. Today I had major surgery on my right shoulder here! This hospital has the most kind, professional staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing!! Seriously they were on top of everything. They took something so painful, nerve wracking and honestly let’s be real.... to make sure someone is comfortable in those situations is truly an awesome way to show teamwork and basic human kindness! The staff is amazing. The attention to the highest level of patient care is what this hospital strives for. They exceed this goal in every area. From patient updates to pain management every aspect of care is handled in the most professional way. Any surgery is going to make you feel everything from anxious to scared. Having a staff that is committed to making your surgery as painless as possible both physically and emotionally makes all the difference. Outstanding!
Fresno Surgery Center is an awesome hospital. I was treated so well by everyone there. I would definitely go back there again and would recommend this hospital for any elective surgery. The other upside is that all patients there are well when they go in so I believe there is less chance of getting sick while there.
