I would like to thank Alex the manager at fresno prosthodontic and oral surgery centre, Dr. Fay, Dr Ari, Dr. Woo and Dr. Zakhary for all the knowledge and care. The financing was a very easy process and I'm thankful me and my brother are able to get our care here with specialists at FPC. Also, here at Fresno prosthodontics the front desk is first class they always offer me coffee and hot chocolate and make me feel at home big thanks to Andrea, Nayeli, Pam and LINNA😁😁.
Alex the manager is the worst when you need to get ahold of him. The staff gives you the run around. I've been trying to get a refund for a loan for services I didnt have done since September and I am still trying to get it taken care of. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
Alex goes far and beyond to help get you financed with Dr Fay approval they got me finance for the loan of payment that would be easier for me to pay the girls at the front desk Andrea an pat do an amazing job trying to help I had my surgery on Aug 29th the the surgeon all of the stuff did a great amazing job I felt no pain after I woke up from the anesthesia I had a full mouth of dentures I recommend Fresno Prosthodontic center to anyone.
I feel good about coming here to FPC. When I first started a lot of my teeth were cracked to the gum line and darker than usual. I hardly ever went to the dentist to take care of my teeth as much as I should have. My wife encouraged me to come to my consultation appointment and I knew then that this was the place for me. The staff was pleasant and professional. My husband Roger went in today for a fitting for his permanent implants he came home extremely happy because we're almost finished to have his implants completed been so happy with the results so far this place is amazing my husband has been waiting for this moment and they have made it possible the staff are amazing and we are really grateful for all they have done and are doing, I have recommended friends and co-workers .
