Cristian Cruz was great. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and got us exactly what we wanted. Got us in and out fast and we are very impressed with the Outlander Plug-in.
I went in to Fresno Mitsubishi for service on a 2023 outlander. And ended up driving out with a brand new 2025 outlander SEL. My salesman Christian who helped me was so nice. And took very good care of me. Made The whole experience “Again” so much fun! I’ve been buying cars with Mr. Prieto’s Mazda and Mitsubishi dealerships for about 13 years now. I love new cars! And the dealer ship both Mazda and Mitsubishi and all the Employees have been great! They feel like family now that I’ve been going for so long. 6 cars in! lol

My 2008 Mitsubishi had a service engine light on which had been previously diagnosed by Jiffy Lube as likely a catalytic converter issue. I took it to a proffesional muffler/catalytic converter shop and they said I'd need to take it to the dealer. I thought oh boy, this is gonna cost an arm and a leg but I had to get it done to get it smogged and tagged. It turned out the diagnostic fee and mechanical work at Fresno Mitsubishi wasn't as bad as expected... on the first visit. Unfortunately they mis-diagnosed or didn't complet... read more
