Worst customer service ever!!!! You can never get a hold of someone on the phone, and if you do it’s only to place you on hold without even answering the phone just a cold transfer to hold. Please get rid of the front office assistants, if they can’t do the job right get someone who can. Office is going through construction but the real problem is the customer service.
I called to make an appointment and they “schedule” me. Came during my time and they didn’t have me in the schedule. I was however seen. They took vitals and did the paperwork within a good time. However I was kept in a room waiting over an hour. Must had waiting in the room for 1.5 hours. This is ridiculous. The only reason why I came was for a physical needed for immigration and would had left if I didn’t needed it.
