This is waste place to be , the worst office . Why do you make an appointment when you have to wait an hours or longer to be seem.
Came here to do my medical exam for immigration. The doctor barely examined me. And didn’t want to let me do TB and Syphilis exam at another place. He wanted me to do it here and pay here, and I know for a fact that I can do it somewhere else. Also wanted me to take all the required vaccines again. But, I already took all of them in my country of origin. Not recommended!!!!

Worst customer service ever!!!! You can never get a hold of someone on the phone, and if you do it’s only to place you on hold without even answering the phone just a cold transfer to hold. Please get rid of the front office assistants, if they can’t do the job right get someone who can. Office is going through construction but the real problem is the customer service.
