Purchased A 2010 Dodge Challenger From This Company On 12/12/2024 And Have Not Received The Title. Was Told By A Title Specialist That This Vehicle Was Traded In With Out A Title And The Dealership Applied For A Duplicate Title 5 Weeks Ago, They Didnt Give Me A Definite Estimation As Of When I Should See This Title... SCAMMERS!! THEY DONT SHOW YOU THE CAR FAX REPORT AND SELL USED CARS THAT BREAK DOWN A WEEK LATER!! I purchased a used vehicle on 5/29/23 less then a week later I had problems. From engine misfires to engine failure. I will NEVER buy a vehicle from Fresno Mazda EVER again!! Had a horrible experience with Jonathan who is the sales manager. They had my vehicle for over 4 months and he never gave any additional interest in trying to get me my vehicle back any sooner. Every experience I have encountered with him has been horrible!! My wife and I were working with Marco on purchasing a new 2022 Mazda 3. After hours of negotiating and two trips to the dealership, a deal was in place for purchase. We came in pre-qualified, but they ran our credit to see if we could get a better deal since we have excellent credit.
