This is truly a clinic designed to provide exceptional care for our LGTBQ+ and the community. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The space itself is very clean and inclusive. My family got the pleasure of meeting Dr. Finnian Steele. They were extremely helpful and supportive regarding my son’s care. Dr. Finnian Steele spent close to 1hr talking to our family and addressing our child’s concerns. That is the most time we have ever gotten from a Dr.
As soon as you walk in, you know you're in an inclusive space. Fresno inclusive was a safe and welcoming space the moment I walked in. I love it here!
The staff is really friendly and responsive. Dr. Nicole is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. There's also refreshments in the lobby to ensure patient are comfortable.
*Update* -> So most of the issue I had was with the take in system and miscommunication with staff. I’ll leave my original post on here towards the bottom of my review: just to be fair for others who might be interested in establishing first-time care here. However, I must say that it is a very clean and nice cozy environment at Fresno Inclusive. Im a new patient today was my first time here and I'm just soo happy to have found them. Arriving there your instantly welcomed into the coziest front office area I had ever seen and you instantly feel safe as a queer person upon entering with their decor you can tell they are allies but actually talking to Dr Nicole you feel not only safe but supported.
