*Update* -> So most of the issue I had was with the take in system and miscommunication with staff. I’ll leave my original post on here towards the bottom of my review: just to be fair for others who might be interested in establishing first-time care here. Im a new patient today was my first time here and I'm just soo happy to have found them. Arriving there your instantly welcomed into the coziest front office area I had ever seen and you instantly feel safe as a queer person upon entering with their decor you can tell they are allies but actually talking to Dr Nicole you feel not only safe but supported. Upon entry, I was a bit nervous for the appointment I had. As I walked in to Fresno inclusive I was greeted and checked in. For me, it was a first in a healthcare setting that my pronouns and name were respected and remembered. I got to wear new pants that made me feel basically covered. Honestly it all felt very safe. It was a refreshing feeling. Before I realized, my nerves had gone away and everything went great! It was pretty special to feel seen, this place did that for me.

I couldn't really get my questions answered when it came to my insurance or scheduling. They told me to call back later as they were completely full up, the lady who's supposed to be taking questions about insurance when you press two was extremely rude and didn't like that I hung up my phone when it felt like our conversation was done yesterday. They said they'll work with Kern family but not except a referral from my primary therapist.
