I arrived at 8:15am. I had to wait 2 hours for an X-ray. After an hour and a half they told me I was next, one machine was broken and I could have gone to Clovis with no wait.
The receptionist tells you it’ll be an hour when it took 3 1/2hrs. Then two women walked in during our wait and walked into the wrong building. The receptionist directed them to the correct building. The women thank her then asked if she could call to let them know they’re on their way & the receptionist said she would but she never called anyone. One of these ladies used a walker & could have hurt herself rushing to the correct building.
