staff in back were great. when I was able to get in.I was up set with the front staff. I called to comferm appointment was told yes come in I drove 23miles when I got there was given papers to fill out which I did then waited 40 minutes went up to ask how much longer said your next when called up about 15 minutes later I was told they couldn't see me my insurance hadn't sent authorization in. Fresno imaging staff was really accommodating and helpful. I love that they’re open a little late so you can go after work. Definitely recommend.
The gentleman that helped me with my MRI was fantastic. He was nice and caring. Explain everything that was going on and only left the room when he knew I was completely comfortable.
I arrived too my appointment very early N they took me right back to preform my X-ray. The Tech was really nice and Courteous. I would Recommend Fresno Imaging Center to everyone. Thank You, Phyllis
