RecommendedSo happy to have the option of the open MRI. It was still very difficult but much better than being completely enclosed. The machine looks like two plates parallel to each other and is open on the side. I asked to have the fan in the room blowing on my face and that made a huge difference. Keep your eyes closed as much as possible! The staff were great.
