I had a great experience with Section 8 inspector Nick Franco. He is professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He took the time to explain the process clearly and made everything smooth and stress-free. You can tell he truly cares about doing his job well. I really appreciate his professionalism and positive attitude-highly recommend him, definitely one of the best inspectors I’ve dealt with!

No help what so ever I would give it no stars if it would allow me
I was calling on behalf of a client who is needing housing assistance and Ms. Jennifer was so incredibly rude over the phone. Insisted on us coming into the office, however that is a barrier for us. I had politely asked if she can send a QR code so we can apply online for section 43 and she said she would and never did. Im extremely disappointed by the lack of empathy your staff has. This is no way to help the community especially for those in need.
