I want to thank the entire team for the excellent care they provided my mother. From admission all the way through to the end of our experience, everything was handled with professionalism and real compassion. Nurse Tang was attentive, patient, and consistently reassuring. This hospice really cares about the health and wellbeing of their patients. I am an administrator at a skilled facility and we love this hospice because they provide the support for our staff and provide high quality care to our patients. Highly recommended!
My family was very pleased with the care my mom received while on Hospice. All the equipment was set up and ready to use before we got home from the hospital. Our initial visit was very thorough and everything was explained to us in detail. Our LVN Christina, and our aide Brenda were awesome. My mom especially liked them. They helped us every step of the way and showed us the best way to care for my mom when they were not there. And they were always available even when we were not on their schedule.
