Some doctors just care about money but not patient health. That is not right but they still practice that, get as many patients as they can. Some are not specialties they have no deep knowledge of treating patients but referring patients to other doctor.
I tried once again to give this doctors office another go, but once again a big big disappointment. They make you wait in the waiting area for hours before you even get called for anything staff at this office is very unprofessional maybe about 1% of staff is nice but the majority of the staff very lazy Sit around doing nothing walk around like zombies and gossip among one another, they even lose patients paperwork thats very important for the patient. Currently trying to call for my husband it says they are open and it goes straight to.voicemail he left voice-mails since before noon yesterday with no return call after sitting on hold for 15 mins each time he called.
This place is durty the waiting room not clean, floors dont look like then been cleaned and the chairs are always durty with stains
My family has been going to Fresno family medical clinic for 14 years, my mom had recently had a tumor removed from her brain, that UZI caught with my moms blood work, he sent her to an amazing hospital with amazing staff, nurses. They saved my moms life. Dr.Mariano is an Extraordinary doctor. He helps adults and children. He even took care of my daughter with her Seizures When she was little.
