If you can get passed the botched receptionist giving you attitude for no reason over the phone and in person, the doctor is quick and friendly, same thing for the lady who took my scans and vitals.
I drove two hours from the Central Coast to see Dr Royle after my mother in law recommended him. He was great, I felt almost no pain, and the staff were super friendly. Best of all I left the office feeling much better and the next day I was 100% back to normal. Thanks Dr. Royle.
Staff is very rude over the phone. Called to reschedule an appointment because I couldn't make it. Staff member responded saying I already rescheduled and missed the first appointment. The appointment got cancelled and was told to call back another day to reschedule and hangs up abruptly. Very unprofessional. Everyone is busy in their personal life and things do come up.
I was recently referred by my primary dentist for what I would define as an emergency root canal. From the moment I walked in, I have to say it was really a fantastic experience. The front desk staff were pleasant, personable, and knowledgeable, super easy to work with.
