After our referral was sent, scheduling an appointment was fast and easy. Filling out our patient forms and uploading id cards saved us a lot of wait time while in the office. The doctor quickly and thoroughly assessed my daughter’s skin condition giving me proper care instructions for them while at home. Such pleasant staff and the doctor was lovely.
She took one look and said it was because of my age for ribbed fingernails and coloration in my toenails... thank you so very much
When I first went in, staff was so nice, treated me kind and answered my questions. I just feel I don’t have the enough knowledge to ask the right questions to get the answer I need. I mean in the sense that I have asked a million questions and am still confused about it all. I don’t feel like they give you all the information you need. They also have you communicating through an app, rather than speaking directly to you. That is difficult to do because you have to wait long periods of time to receive any assistance.
