I have never received therapy before going to this office. Starting from the front desk to everyone I have worked with has been above and beyond with me. I met Erin, Julieanna, and Valerie and it’s so sad for me that I'm moving to a different city and not be able to continue receiving services from these amazing people I have met who have always welcomed me and supported me no matter how right or wrong I was. This is by far the worst place to send anyone with mental illness. They play with their medicine so much they can't even get to a balance. So sad
Came in for a self evaluation and was held against my well, even though my wife was at the door waiting for me. Called and spoke to several people one from every single extension that I called and recorded all calls after not notifying who I spoke to. I asked for my medical records from this establishment and was given the runaround until I became upset and started becboming aggitated.
