My children have been coming here since birth. Since then, many pediatricians have come and gone. Service has gone downhill. Our appointment time was 4:00pm. We arrived at 3:50 pm to see a nurse practitioner. We waited in the waiting room for 1 HOUR!! 4:40pm now.... how much longer will we have to wait in the examination room?! We make a great effort to be on time for our appointments. This office needs to make an effort to call patients back in a timely manner, too. I’m pretty sure parents would appreciate that!! We’ve been going here for more than 15 years and am saddened by the quality of care. Wait times are extremely long. For example our appointment was at 2:00 which we were there on time for. We waited in the lobby for 30 minutes and then after being shown a room we waited another 50 minutes. Then we still had to wait another 20 minutes before my child received their shots. This is an extremely long time for parents to keep children busy while waiting. Something needs to change or get more help please I would hate to change aft... read more

I have been bringing my kids here for a very long time. There has been a high turnover in doctors since I began. My daughter has had 4 different pediatricians in within the last 7 years. Furthermore the wait time is outrageous even when you have an appointment. For a simple follow up you can spend 1 1/2 hours of your time when you only saw the doctor for 10 minutes. This is ridiculous. Our time is just as valuable. Please fix this.
