Handing the wrong filter out when the order has specific size written on ticket. Costs my business time, money and my reputation when i go to work on peoples homes/buisnesses. I hope improvements are made.been seeing a decline in service here with parts as well sad hopefully it gets better.

Excellent place very chill lifestyle cool view
Bought a swamp cooler for $1000. Hours and hours of work to install it, just to find out it's malfunctioning. Had to take it out and haul it back in to get a new one. Once again, hours and hours of work to put the new one in. New insulation, molding, paint. It worked for like 2 days before suddenly malfunctioning and no longer turning on. Getting our money back at this point will never make up for all the time/energy wasted dealing with them selling us malfunctioning BRAND NEW products.
