Sandra is a really nice lady. Very professional and keeps all of us up to date with different things happening around the building. She has a very hard job but always ensures everyone is enjoying their time here. I feel very secure here when I’m indoors. It is still downtown so there will be the occasional noise or smell of weed but the apartment doesn’t smell. I’ve lived here almost a year now and the building is well maintained by Kantrell. I recently moved in to Freshwater apartments. The whole process starting from when I initially applied has been great. Sandra is amazing in the office and such a genuine spirit. Kantrell is always quick to respond to any maintenance issues and gets them handled quickly! The building is in a great location close to everything. I’d also like to say that the walls are NOT THIN at all. I never hear my neighbors and when my windows are closed, I literally hear no outside noise. Very well structured! The management team is incredibly helpful and friendly. Sandra does a wonderful job with checking in and keeping everyone updated. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally by Kantrell. The apartment is clean and has new appliances, including washer and dryer. Overall, living here has been a great experience!
