We have confirmed booked week ago and they canceled our booking due to previous guest extension. We were leaving the country soon and they have just canceled our booking which is so frustrating and unfair for us. I would never book here as its risky and unreasonable way to cancel our booking. Now we have to book another property with higher rate as we are leaving soon.
Great place to stay in Melbourne. Right near the river and CBD. The building is excellent and the staff at Corporate Keys are friendly and professional.
Worst bookings department ever. Slow and unable to provide a basic service. Booking direct on their website is also a nightmare.
