Already having issues. Worst customer service ever. Most inconsiderate people to deal with. I came here alone for my birthday and they have made my stay hell before I even started staying there.

We have confirmed booked week ago and they canceled our booking due to previous guest extension. We were leaving the country soon and they have just canceled our booking which is so frustrating and unfair for us. I would never book here as its risky and unreasonable way to cancel our booking. Now we have to book another property with higher rate as we are leaving soon.
