After standing around waiting to order, while the staff was refilling the stock right beside me and not saying a thing, I ordered the Mercado Sol bowl. Once it was ready, I was handed a lidless bowl (because no one had asked if I wanted it To-Go). I asked for a lid and headed home. Once I got home, I realized that there was no chicken at all and the avocado was a lovely shade of grey... I've ordered here a couple of times, and while I wasn't really impressed, it was at least decent food. This was a very disappointing order.
