I usually get a fiesta bowl and it's great. The additional protein is a bit expensive though, it would be nice to have protein when already paying over $10.

The food itself is not the issue, but the hygiene levels are extremely poor. I ordered a salad bowl and was shocked to find 3–4 pieces of nails in it. This is highly unhygienic and unacceptable. It seems possible that an employee might be carelessly disposing of trimmed nails, as the pieces appeared small, possibly from a female staff member. Such negligence raises serious concerns about food safety standards.

Myself and a co worker ordered the shrimp taco bowl……. Absolutely disgusting!!!!! All other the shrimp was SLIMY, like it was covered in egg whites. We had to throw away over half of the bowls to remove the slime and salvage what we could. Hoping neither of us get food poisoning lol.

I ordered the Tropical Mango smoothie and was very disappointed. The flavor was overwhelmingly dominated by turmeric, making it impossible to taste any mango or other fruit. Turmeric isn’t even listed in the name, so it was an unpleasant surprise. I initially called the store and was told I could receive a replacement, but I couldn’t come in right away. We usually have a good experience at freshii but on our last visit the meal was disappointing and the bathroom was absolutely filthy! The checklist on the back of the door showed the last time it was cleaned was Aug 30. Today is September 14! Filthy sink, mirror and toilet. When I see a dirty bathroom, I wonder what their kitchen is like. Won't be returning unfortunately.
