Ordered the salmon poke bowl and it was slathered in sauce to the point that it was inedible. To top it off, very small amount of salmon that I needed to fish out. That’s $25+ I will not get back. Not worth it, I will not be ordering from here again.
As someone who has been eating at Freshii for over 15 years across multiple cities and provinces in Canada, I have never experienced portions this small. I ordered a lettuce bowl through Uber Eats, and for nearly $15, I expected an actual bowl of lettuce. Instead, I was shocked by how little food was included. A bit mediocre for these reasons: 1) I ordered a Cobb salad with cold chicken—chicken was small and dry (about 2 inches X 2 inches) and not enough (flavourless) ranch salad dressing—salad had no taste. The very flavour of a Cobb salad is based on blue cheese, which was non-existent (Wendy’s has better salad for 1/2 the price and double the size—this one was $17!). 2) Bowl was filled to just below lower line—but clearly could have been filled more to look like the picture on the marquee as advertised. When I picked up my order the worker never greeted me and she stood behind the counter on their phone. I drove a half an hour to pick up my food. When I got home I realized I was missing my protein and sauce of choice. I’m very disappointed in the lack of customer service. I don’t think this was also worth my 10% tip.
