Not fresh at all. All the vegetables were sour and not edible. The edamame beans were wrinkled and the broccoli was turning yellow. There was also pretty much no sauce. Overall tasted gross.
Waited a while to get served here as a customer complaint came in just before we made it to the counter. It took 3 people to help behind the counter to fix the one order. We were never acknowledged or told they would be a minute. After waiting for what felt like too long we weren't farther along the food court where we were given fantastic service. Maybe next time.
Today the 28th of November 2023 I purchased a build a bowl I asked for steak as my protein......sevice was quote fast however when I got my bowl it was ropped with mushrooms which I did not ask for .....I went back to the establishment and stated that what happened the lady threw the steak bites on my food then took her hand which were in gloves and scraped the mushrooms out in the most unpleasant and unprofessional manner. .......I took the food and threw it in the garbage. I will NEVER go there again.
Worker was nice but soaked the burrito so badly in sauce couldn’t even taste the food. Food was gross.
Food was just ok was missing sauce flavour broke broccoli into weird little pieces and didn’t put as many carrots as usual into our wrap but the person serving refused to give utensils. Told us we had to go find a fork? It was just confusing beyond belief that we order take out and she refused to give it to us because it was take out?
