go back to giving your customers a little bang for their buck...You're charging quite a bit for tiny amounts. you used to serve the frozen yogurt in pint containers. Now it's like 6 ounces for the same price. You used to actually give people a decent mount of protein (chicken etc.) now it's 2 ounces. (on a good day). Tonight my soup was cold and my frozen yogurt was soup...VERY DISAPPOINTING! ESPECIALLY considering the prices.
The service was absolutely terrible the manager at Freshii downtown Detroit was extremely rude and her attitude was totally unnecessary. I placed an order through the app and she stated she did not receive it even after I showed her the receipt she refused to make my order. She was very rude her tone was unacceptable. I would greatly appreciate if someone would contact me and message me back

I’m so sad and upset no more fresh juice. I used to go weekly just not worth it after taking away the freshly made juices. Sorry freshii not fan anymore.
