Owned by three beer and food loving brothers, Freshcraft is a Denver must visit. This laid-back bar and restaurant is the type of place you can sit back and relax with family or friends while sipping on a nice cold craft brew. Making everything from scratch, the menu features upscale comfort food at its best, think meatloaf sliders with smoked onion catsup on brioche buns or berry glazed lamb ribs with blackberry sauce and homemade cornbread.

I had the best dessert of my life! Maple bacon cheese cake rocked my world.
The pretzel bites and cheese dippers were pretty par for the course. We had apple pie shots which were awesome (I'd go back just for these. It's their own recipe) Our waiter (Chance) was great. He was prompt when we needed something and checked in with us without hovering. I'd go back again.
That cheese soup was amazing. I did ask for a medium rare veal burger and got a well done instead, but it came out tasting good so Fresh craft saved the day.
Those Spud Buddies were to die for. Amazing food, spirits, beer, and owners.
I highly recommend the Iowa pork sandwich, better be hungry. This was my first visit but not the last.
