We had great friendly service. They had a great job when we picked up the car
Went to look at a vehicle here I was interested in and they asked for a deposit to hold it for a couple days because I was a 2 hour drive away. I Asked him before I gave them the deposit for $500 if I would be getting it back and he said in the case of me choosing to purchase the vehicle it would go towards the vehicle. I normally don't post a bad review but need to post the bad and the good, in this case BAD review. We just recently purchased a 2020 Dodge Grand Caravan ,we declined the extended warranty as we were told the vehicle had been serviced by Glassford's from date of purchase and anything that had been found would be repaired before pickup. They honored the repairs but unfortunately the transmission went on it at day 36 from purchase. They are not prepared to help with any cost as they said that is why they try to encourage buying... read more
