Great place to buy a car. Bought mine in January by June noticed the ac didn’t work and they won’t cover the cost to fix it , just charge me for them to diagnose it
Recently purchased a 2020 Subaru STI from here the experience was top notch. I took the car for a drive and it was great, afterwards I was a little hesitant on the purchase so they let me take the car on my own to make sure it was what I wanted. It was what I wanted, the price was great compared to the market equivalent and because they are co-owned with a Subaru dealership I was able to get OEM extended warrenty through Subaru which made purchasing a car a whole lot less stressful. I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this dealership. I placed a $2,000 deposit on a vehicle, but due to an unexpected family situation, I had to cancel the deal the same day it was made. I was told that I’d need to speak directly with the owner to receive my refund, but it’s now been over a month and I’ve been repeatedly passed around with no clear answers or resolution.
