We loved how these guys were not pushy at all! Eric made first contact with us, but handed us over to Andre who provided us exceptional service!! We also got to meet a couple of guys on the service team, as well as the service manager next door at the dealership. Everyone was so transparent and answered our questions thoroughly. When I was purchasing a car here was made to feel less than and that you were my only option!!! Was forced into a sale I didn’t want. Your employe almost got me fired from my job because he wouldn’t stop getting the bank to call them my phone blew up for days from your service advisor.. only to get home with my insurance doubled and a shitty car with rust all over it that I now own so thanks won’t be recommending
I purchased my 2020 ford escape titanium from these guys shortly after a car accident almost 2 years ago. Not even 3 months into owning the vehicle, I started hearing issues with the front left rotor. They looked at the vehicle stating there was no issues they could find. I took the vehicle to the ford dealership in woodstock and they told me that the pins were not properly installed on the front brakes causing a rotor warp.
