All I wanted was simple layers and my hair looks just straight. The girl kept saying that it was the type of hair I had that you can’t see the layers but I have gotten layers before and you CAN tell. She just didn’t know how to cut layers apparently and I didn’t want to keep arguing with her. Definitely did NOT get the quality I was expecting for what I paid. Waste of money and time, not worth going back to.

RecommendedI first saw Kelsie for a color correction months ago. She got my color better than I could have hoped for and my hair feels amazing; much better than it has in years following her advice. Kelsie listens, provides honest input, and is so amazingly sweet I can’t recommend her enough. I’ll never let anyone else touch my hair!
got my hair highlighted and the highlights aren't even to the roots so the day i walked out I had at least 1/4" growth showing. it was suppose to have been an angled bob haircut and it is chopped BADLY, not even cut right at all. when i called these people to get an appt i explained two bad experiences with trying to get this hair cut and that I needed someone with experience and they scheduled me with someone that has been out of school 2 months!!
