Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I was very apprehensive to have work done on my teeth. The procedure went so smoothly and the doctor made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Nichols will be my dentist for life!

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Kind of, but not very much Was this provider's staff friendly? No, they were rude Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Mostly, I was still a little nervous Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this dentist answer all of your questions? Yes Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Not really Was this dentist's staff friendly? No, they were rude Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Somewhat, it was kind of uncomfortable Was the dental equipment clean? Not really, it could have been much cleaner
