After a car accident, we unexpectedly had to buy a car and we were so fortunate to come across Jonathan and Fresh Tread Auto. He was so workable with us to come at odd times to test drive. The vehicle was in great condition, but he encouraged us to take it somewhere to have it checked. We got a great deal, and dealer fees were very low. When the plates came in, we had a hard time getting down there to pick them up, so he mailed them to us. We appreciated the honesty, care and great service we received.

Disappointed that I tried to make an appointment to see a car, and had odd unresponsive messages. Agreed to see the car today and then asked for a time with no response even after saying that I lived an hour away and needed notice. Drove the hour to the dealership and the car had sold a little before I arrived. Very Very disappointing. Looks like a new place and they are probably trying to get on their feet, so I'll give the benifit of a doubt and say I'm sure they will improve communication over time.
