RecommendedI love nourishing my body with the food fresh thymes creates. The counter service food is my go-to. I can always count on fresh, well-sourced food that makes for a happy, healthy belly (oh- and don't miss the fire cider!).
We eat here only for special occasions and we are never disappointed. My whole family loves it! Great food, great service! Love it! It’s my favorite birthday spot!
Normally this is my favorite place on earth to eat, but today, even though I was the very first person to order upon opening, my Verde Pizza came after waiting 20 mins., and it was extremely dry and burnt. I also have to finally share my thoughts on the two guys who serve there... They always seem absolutely miserable. I have never seen either of them smile or appear like they enjoy working there. If I lived in Boulder, I would be over-the-moon to have a job at Fresh Thymes, and it would show! (Just sayin...)
Great food, good atmosphere... The best gluten free menu I've seen yet! Only thing that kind of disappointed me was they were out of holidaily blonde, but my fiance and I had a great evening and will be back... a LOT!

First visit. Had rad Thai made with kelp noodles! Delish. Definitely will go back
Vegan Mac and cheese along with a gluten-free IPA, I was in heaven
