RecommendedHighly recommend this gluten free eatery with amazing menu combinations and daily specials. Don’t pass this up if you are in Boulder. We happened on this gem while waiting for our hotel room and were not disappointed.

We ordered Fresh Thymes to go curbside and it was as easy as ever. Ordered online, picked up at our scheduled time. Riot wings with ranch dipping sauce and veggie slices and chickpea bread with oil to dip in. Gluten free and dairy free. My favorite food in Boulder!!! When looking for healthy delicious innovative food to go right now during covid, this is it.
Totally enjoy my dining experience! This was first time here. I will definitely be back soon. The Mac and cheese was AMAZING!!
I took my girls here while we were in town from Denver. One of my kiddos has a myriad of food allergies with a pretty mature palate. If we CAN eat out somewhere generally the dish has to have most of the components removed to make it safe, the it often ends up being plain rice and a plain protien . I love this place!!!! Always considerate and patient with my myriad questions around food sensitivities. The food itself is wonderful too. I have not been disappointed in any way by a single dish!!! Always looking for excuses to go to Boulder so I can stop by and eat!
I love nourishing my body with the food fresh thymes creates. The counter service food is my go-to. I can always count on fresh, well-sourced food that makes for a happy, healthy belly (oh- and don't miss the fire cider!).
