I lived at one of their properties they manage for 1 year, and I can't say too much because of a settlement agreement through HUD. However the HOA has no respect for people with disabilities, nor do they take LAWS seriously. I would not recommend doing business with them. They will also fine you for everything and anything. They don't have their papers in order, nor are they current or up to date. To add to that they won't communicate with you directly. FRESH START Real Estate Inc. manages our condo HOA, and we’ve had an excellent experience working with Mark and Cindy. When we decided to replace the carpet with LVT flooring, they clearly communicated the requirements and guided us smoothly through the approval process. Mark and Cindy are thorough, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend their services!
This is the absolute worst property management company I have ever worked with. Buyer and renter beware!! No accountability, constantly trying to evade their responsibilities, grey contract language that allows them to “skirt” whenever they want. I’d give zero stars if I could. If you absolutely have to deal with these people, uhh that sucks!
