This is as of Nov 28th 2021. Place is ok. Very disappointing because I got told by few cats at kirkbride that it's great, way better than odaat, Gibson and joy of living. I wanted to go to odaat at 25 and Lehigh, ( the oas house) but I knew I couldn't go back there, so I was pushing for Gibson house. I pulled some strings and got Gibson foundation but few people kept swearing by fresh start. So I chose fresh start. It's ok.
