I moved here from Orillia, Ontario. In Orillia, I was receiving methedone for 4 and a half years. Just this past February, I had decided to move to Niagara Falls. So great, the people are awesome. A very friendly atmosphere with amazing Doctors. Don't know where we'd be without them. Great pharmacy right inside. Thanks for being there.
The hours are not that good, no weekend appointments, and strict rules in regard to the doctor. Very small waiting room which makes for an uncomfortable wait which you need to do. No face-to-face time with the doctor, every visit is over a computer screen. No counselling and feel like a number every time.
When I joined the program I didn't know what to expect, the day I joined Fresh Start clinic I was met with staff that are caring, very professional and go out of there way for their patients Anyone who's seeking help for their addictions and turning there life around, I highly recommend Fresh Start Clinic, they will help you get your life back together and on a road to sobriety.
