I had a recent emergency and Dr. Zhang and her team swung into heroic action to solve my problems.
My hygienist Nan is awesome! Dr. Maggie is great too. Explained each tooth area that she was concerned about and going to keep an eye on.
First time consultation and cleaning - the staff did a great job, as painless as a dental cleaning can be with pleasant surroundings and easy shceduling.
Everything went quite smoothly. Minimal discomfort while in the chair. Friendly and polite staff. No problems really.
The appointment went well, especially given I did not feel well. Both the doctor and hygienist made it all very easy and knew what they were talking about.
I had to come in for a chipped tooth repair, expecting the worst (Novacaine, needles, drilling), I received the best both in service and generosity. My tooth was repaired quickly and at minimal cost. The staff is always fun, if not funny, and my visits to Fresh Smile Seattle have always been professionally thorough and even enjoyable.
Nan is a great hygienist and is always welcoming and friendly.
Dr Zhang is very thoughtful. She explains every step, making no assumptions. She tells me what she's doing, what she's going to do next so that I don't have to have any worries that something unexpected will happen. Thanks for this kind and thoughtful approach.
