⭐️ If I could give zero stars, I would. Every time I come to Fresh Nails & Spa on Olive, I experience the same thing: rude looks, unfriendly attitudes, and poor customer service. The overall vibe feels very stuck-up and unwelcoming, almost like they are doing customers a favor by allowing them to be there.

I love this place. I recently switch to this nail salon and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are very friendly, clean and are not rushing you out. They do get very busy on the weekends, but I say you need to try them, they are worth the wait!

I've been coming here for 3 years. Came in on Thursday at 3:35 for a pedicure. Was told it would be just a couple minutes because I didn't have an appointment. I stood waiting then sat down. Someone else walked in for a pedicure without an appointment and they were sat before me. Then another person without an appointment was sat before me again. I waited for over 40 minutes and walked out. Very disappointed and won't be back.
