First time at this business. I’m not a girl to always get my nails done and I’m a simple girl. Most of the time the services I ask for are a mani/pedi. Reason is because I haven’t found a place where I don’t feel judged for the service I ask for. My mani was gel and it was okay but every time I request a regular nail polish for my pedi instead of gel I feel judged by the employees and this place made me feel very uncomfortable after the question was asked. Previously had great service here. Today the nail tech was rude from the moment I said I wanted a fill and not a new set. I also told her I do gel x because I am growing my own nails out. She was rude the entire time. Never asked about my clear coat and went clear instead of nude as I told her I wanted and then dremeled my real nails after coating them horribly with gel she couldn't even keep straight And charged me more money this visit then previous visits. What a joke

I am extremely unhappy with my service today. I initially asked for gel, but the technician applied regular polish by mistake. I told her it was okay because I didn't want her to have to redo her work, but the nails were not fully dry when I left. ​As soon as I got to my car, the paint got messy and smudged. On top of that, there are several air bubbles and missed spots. My pedicure was okey but still just also got regular nail polish 😮‍💨
