We had a very disappointing and concerning experience with Fresh Meat Factory & Curry Corner. We ordered chicken biryani, and when we opened the container, we found a long strand of hair stuck on the inside of the lid. It was extremely unpleasant and immediately raised concerns for us about hygiene and food handling. I contacted the restaurant to let them know what happened, but unfortunately, I did not feel that the concern was handled appropriately. The main solution offered was to exchange it for another pack. I have observed that the quality of meat (especially chicken leg quarters with or without marination) has degraded and several times the meat doesn't smell great or taste fresh. Like one of the reviewed pointed out the meat is close to getting rotten. I have seen this few times now and I have been a fan of their meat before. I suspect they are keeping meat longer than shelf life when it should be discarded. Sad!
