Guys please call 311 like I did and ask them if they may come check the apartments after 12 am, when they completely turn off the heat which is illegal; an agent from the city will be coming these nights to check on this stupid management that is going on. Scam scam scam.
maintenance people are not so skilled , especially the painters. blind person could do a better job. of course when you complain service department don’t believe you. property manager is a nice guy but he doesn’t do anything for you. he is just good at listening and good at talking. i wouldn’t recommend fresh meadows property to anyone. it’s overrated and too expensive! . this is not my only complain. i could write a book. management of this property don’t care about their tenants and getting worse everyday . i am stuck here... read more
