I had a very serious security incident while living at this apartment building. In 2011, my apartment was broken into, and the locks on my door were changed after the break-in. I filed a police report, but to this day, the perpetrators have never been caught. At the time, there were no security cameras in the building, which made the investigation much more difficult. If you like your car getting towed, dirty building water, roache infestation, heat being reduced on coldest month like February, paying 2400 for a 1 bed, hearing cars peeling out and doing circles in the parking lot across the street on a Friday and Saturday night. Then this is the place for you.

What do I even begin? This place is absolutely absurd. Rent is extremely high over $3000 for property. That’s extremely dirty un maintained. You talk to a service department to get the apartment cleaned and remodeled or at least touched up. They ignore you. You asked to get a code entry for the door in the lobby. It takes about two or three months for them to even call you if they call you management is extremely hard to reach. Garbage is always left in the garbage area. The place is dirty.
