I am satisfied with the end result however, I'm very disappointed with the majority of the process and sloppiness of the whole job, which affects my overall impression. When I decided to move forward with this company, Martha was very pushy with the deposit. I just reached out to Fresh Look Refinishing to help with a cracked ceramic sink and am delighted that they are still in business and are operating with the same solid customer service! They are so responsive and reliably priced and their great service is coupled with high-quality craftsmanship. They reglazed our clawfoot tub in March 2019 and it still looks pristine more than 7 years later. I’m so delighted to be working with them again and love that they can repair our sink so we don’t have to replace it.

Martha was great to work with and scheduled our tub refinishing. Enrique, the tech, did an outstanding job and went above & beyond. I have used them in the past, and the tub refinishing has lasted for over 7 years now and still looks great, very reasonably priced.

We had a great experience with Fresh Look Refinishing. Martha is very helpful and always responds to my calls and messages promptly. Carlos was our technician and did a wonderful job and was very personable. Very pleased and would highly recommend.
