Terrible experience. We booked a kitchen and bathroom renovation. Once the contract was signed, getting clear communication or accountability was impossible. We were not kept properly updated on progress, delays were not communicated, and whenever we asked for answers we were treated like we were being difficult. They provided us with renderings during the quotation process which were extremely valuable for us to visualise the end product we wanted.
