Diana is an incredible therapist. Her sessions have helped me through some of the most transformative periods of my life. She’s extremely patient, understanding and empathetic- but also will also tell you things straight. Finding this clinic has been a huge blessing in my life. For anyone looking for a therapist, especially one that can understand the challenges coming from a South Asian background and being a female- I would definitely recommend coming here.

I have been working with Kristina Virro at Fresh Insight doing hypnotherapy. It has truly been so amazing and has help me with anxiety, TMJ issues, and overall health. It feels like magic! I am still in awe about how much it works and how much it has helped me. I like it that you can pick specific things to work on. Lovely therapist would totally recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with Jelum. She was non-judgmental, compassionate and tactful. She helped me to identify the areas that I needed to look into, and support me in untying those knots. Most of all, she allowed me to go at my pace, either it was forward or backward. To say the least, she was very patient. I have to give her much credits in getting me out of my shadows. Thank you!
