The doctor is below average in temperament, communication and effort. Yet somehow the front staff is even worse. Every step of the way took far longer than it should have. The front staff does NOT follow up in a timely manner. I had to call them to get any movement on my situation. The results of a CT scan which I was told by the x-ray tech should take no longer than 4 days, took 3 weeks! In addition to a lack of follow through, the staff was rude. I needed an emergency tear duct and facial repair from a dog attack in 1998... This doctor had amazing bedside manner both in hospital and in office. He saved both my eye and my face. His work has held about 30 years and counting... I couldn't be more grateful. Can't speak to insurance issues, but his work and care changed my life for the better. 10/10 bedside manner and availability for emergency aftercare.
Absolute worst office staff ever...AND NO MAN'S GOD IS GOING TO SAVE THIS DOCTOR'S SOUL..worst ever...
I was referred to this dr for a blethoplasty. I left 2 messages, no return call. Called again and the receptionist was not friendly or helpful. She aked my medical insrance info and i told her kaiser. Well, we dont take kaiser, was her response. Duh, im paying cash. Ill find another dr. To do this procedure. Receptionist is in the wrong occupation.
