My son is almost two and very much the "explorer". I kept him from getting up in every other patients business but it's difficult to keep him in one spot, esp a seat! All the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and understanding... Without being intimidating which is actually difficult to find. Many people mean well but over emphasize the welcome and make my son feel shy. Wonderful experience. Everything was fully explained and his follow appointment made.
