called to try to make an appt. Whoever answered the phone was cold saying that if I didn’t have a designated barber I couldn’t make one and I had to walk in. So if someone wants to come here and they are new they have to walk in without being able to make an appt and possibly wait a long time? I have come here before and got haircuts by different barbers and they’ve been great and friendly. I guess I got unlucky with whoever answered the phone.
